Position Description: |
The MEAL Manager will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess the effectiveness, impact, and sustainability of DACAAR's programs. This role is pivotal in ensuring that DACAAR's interventions are data-driven, impactful, and aligned with organizational goals and donor requirements. The MEAL Manager will also oversee the standardization of MEAL procedures, the development of manuals and guidelines, and ensure that MEAL staff adhere to best practices |

Education/ Qualification and Employment Benefits | |
Education: Master’s degree in Development Studies (International Development), Statistics, Social Sciences, or in any related field is required. | |
Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Monitoring & Evaluation, preferably within the humanitarian or development sector with International NGO’s required. | |
Other qualifications’ an advantage:

Languages:Oral and written fluency in (English, Pashto and Dari) is required.
