| Position Description: |
The AKF, Water Emergency Relief Project (WERP) Field Officer is responsible for the project implementation, supervision and monitoring of activities, and coordination with district authorities and relevant NGOs within the field office area. He/She will conduct himself/herself both professionally and personally in such a manner as to bring credit to DACAAR and not jeopardize its humanitarian mission. |

| Education/ Qualification and Employment Benefits |
| Education:Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering is required. But, Master degree in Civil Engineering is preferred. |
| Experience: Minimum Five (5) years of proven experience in WASH projects in NGO is required. |

Languages:Oral and written fluency in (English, Dari, Pashto)
