Position Description: |
The Finance Coordinator will oversee DACAAR’s financial operations, ensuring coherence between contractual obligations and financial procedures, enhancing internal controls, and ensuring compliance with organizational and donor policies. This role includes managing financial procedures, systems, and capacity building for local finance staff at both the Main office and regional levels.
The Finance Coordinator will also review and revise Finance Manual, develop budget guidelines, and advise on system improvements to streamline regulations and procedures. Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Coordinator will maintain strong coordination with all departments on financial matters.

Education & Qualification Requirement: |
Education:Minimum Master’s degree in Business Administration (Finance) or ACCA qualified is required. |
Experience: At least Seven (7) years’ of experience in Finance and accounting specifically with INGO, NGO is required. |

Languages:Fluent written and spoken English language skills are essential, and understanding the local language is an advantage. |
