Position Description: |
The Livelihood Project focuses on enhancing rural livelihoods and resilience among various target groups, including men, women, youth, and persons with disabilities. The position aims to protect and stabilize these livelihoods by maintaining essential agricultural services, promoting income-generating activities, and fostering community engagement. The Livelihood and Resilience Officer will report to the Field Officer and will be responsible for planning, managing, and reporting on agricultural components, collaborating closely with district managers, field officers, and target groups to implement interventions |

Education/ Qualification and Employment Benefits |
Education:Bachelor degree in Agriculture is required and a higher degree is preferred. |
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years proven experience in implementing livelihood projects, particularly in agricultural development, rural livelihoods, or food security initiatives. |
